Shipping policy
All orders are sent with tracking by Deutsche Post / DHL. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. We pack plastic-free with recycled materials.
Dispatch and delivery time
We usually ship on the same or the next working day after payment. Delivery within Germany takes 1–3 working days. Delivery to the rest of Europe and the United Kingdom takes 3–7 working days.
Shipping costs
- Germany: 3,95 €, free from 50 €
- Rest of Europe: 5,95 €, free from 60 €
- United Kingdom and Ireland: 10,95 €, free from 100 €
Pickup in Berlin
You can collect your order at one of our market days in Berlin. Use the code "berlin" at checkout for free shipping and write to us by email or on Instagram so we can have it ready.
Customs
For deliveries outside the EU (for example the United Kingdom), customs duties, taxes or fees may be charged in the destination country. These are paid by the recipient.
Address errors
Please check your shipping address before ordering. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery; the cost of re-shipping is yours.
