Shipping policy

All orders are shipped through tracked mail. We only offer tracked shipping for maximum transparency. Possible losses and damages will be dealt with via Deutsche Post. We will send you the tracking number of your order via email as soon as the package is shipped.

We try our best to ship within the same day or the next following day once credit card or any other type of payment authorization and verification have been obtained.

Please pay extra attention to your shipping address before you place the order. Any packages returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address will be re-shipped at the cost of the purchaser or will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.

From 50€ amount of order, we offer free shipping in Germany.

Friends in Berlin:

If you'd like to collect your order from our markets in Berlin, please drop us an email or message on Instagram. We will make it ready for your pickup day. Use 'berlin' code at checkout to get free shipping.

Rest of Europe:

Shipping cost: 5.95€
From 60€ amount of order we offer free shipping within Europe.

UK, Scotland, Ireland, Wales:

Shipping cost: 10.95€
From 100€ amount of order, we offer free shipping.
